The passenger information desks are staffed by Pathfinder volunteers.
Location: Information counters are located on the upper level, ticketing area, before Terminal A/B and Terminal D. They are also on the lower level, in the Southwest Airlines baggage claim area (carousels 1-5), on the lower level of Concourses C and D, and the arrivals area of the International Concourse.
Hours: As they are attended by volunteers, opening hours may vary.
First-level staffing priority is given to the Concourse D desk and is typically staffed daily from 5 am to 9 pm.
This is a service that in recent years has been consolidated in the different airports of the country and consists of providing a personalized assistance service to travelers who want a travel experience without stress or setbacks. At BWI, the concierge service is provided by third-party providers.

TSA Customer Service
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is the agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designated to provide security services within airports in the United States.
If you have questions about TSA checkpoint operations or need assistance while going through security call 866-289-9673 from 8am-11pm ET on weekdays and 9am-8pm ET on weekends. Passengers can also request assistance on social media via Facebook and Twitter or visiting the TSA website
BWI Airport offers free interpretation and translation services upon request.
Free and unlimited Wi-Fi is available at Baltimore Airport by connecting the "#MyBWI-Fi" network on your device.
Minute Suites - At gate C3, open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Standard suites feature an AppleTV, Netflix and Wi-fi. A daybed with a pull-out trundle sleeps two comfortably and is in each room. Up to four people can relax in a room. A mini-bar with drinks and snacks is available in each room with items available for purchase. Access: with Priority Pass or LoungeKey membership, or booking at Minutes Suites website
The Club BWI - Available from 4:15 am to 10:30 pm on the upper level, near gate D10. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, beverages, fax. Access: with Priority Pass LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD50.00).
USO Lounge - Next to the baggage reclaim area, gate 14, it opens from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Telephones, children's area, private rooms, TV, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: for the military and their families.
An M&T branch is located in Terminal A, next to the Rental car shuttles stop. Hours: weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm, weekends and holidays closed.
ATMs are available at BWI Airport, both landside and airside.
Travelex is in charge of currency exchange services at Baltimore Airport. Find a couple of desks in the Main Terminal, upper level, in front of the entrance to Concourses C & E.
Baggage claim areas
Baggage claim at BWI Marshall Airport is located on the lower level of the terminal and linked to each concourse with easy exit to the pickup lane, hourly Garage and transit options.
For security reasons, all airport baggage storage has been suspended by order of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Contact your airline to inquire if they will allow early luggage check-in.
Lost & Found - damages
In case of lost, forgotten or damaged luggage or objects, either on the plane or checked luggage, you should contact your airline. If you have lost an item in BWI Airport, please call

There are several family restrooms in BWI:
- 5 in Concourse A
- 5 in Concourse B
- 1 in Concourse C
- 1 in the Connector B-C (equipped with an adult changing table).
- 3 next to Concourse D (the one located at D7 is equipped with an adult changing table).
BWI Marshall Airport has partnered with Mamava to offer 5 nursing pods.

In addition, there are Nursing Rooms in Concourses A and E.
Water Bottle Fill Stations
BWI Airport offers its customers drinking water fountains for which each user must use their own bottle. Remember that the TSA requires that the bottles be empty during the control process at the entrances to the security area.

One is located at the beginning of Concourse C and the other in the connector between concourses D and E, just beyond the Concourse D/E Security Checkpoint.
The accessible gym is located next to gate D1 (after the D/E security checkpoint) and provides travelers with free weights, medicine balls, stretching space, stability balls, a TRX system, yoga props and access to cardio equipment. Amenities include private room showers with hair dryers, grooming products and essential toiletries.
