Information Desks

The information counters are staffed by Pathfinder volunteers.

Locations

- Upper level, ticketing area, before concourses A/B and D.
- Lower level, Southwest Airlines baggage claim area (carousels 1-5).
- Lower level of concourses C and D.
- International Arrivals area.

Hours

Service hours may vary.

The D concourse counter has priority in staffing allocation and typically operates from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.

This is a service that in recent years has been consolidated in the country's different airports and consists of providing personalized assistance to travelers who want a stress-free and smooth travel experience. At BWI, the service is provided by external suppliers.

Language Assistance

BWI Airport offers free interpretation and translation services upon request.

Wi-Fi

Unlimited free Wi-Fi is available. To use it, you must connect to the “#MyBWI-Fi” network on your device. On the screen that appears, click on “CONNECT” and accept the terms and conditions.

Financial Services

M&T Bank

An M&T branch is located in the ticketing area of concourse A, next to the rental car shuttle stop. Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Baggage

Baggage claim areas

Baggage carousels at BWI Marshall Airport are located on the lower level and are connected to each concourse, the hourly garages and public transportation options.

Storage services

For security reasons, baggage storage at the airport has been suspended by order of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Contact your airline to inquire if they will allow early baggage check-in.

Lost and Found - Damages

In case of lost, forgotten, or damaged luggage or items, either on the plane or in checked baggage, you should contact your airline.

For items lost in the security screening areas, contact the TSA office in front of gate 9, on the lower level, from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm (online form).

In case you have misplaced something in the parking lots, contact SP+ Parking (Tel +1 410 859 9230).

For items lost elsewhere on the airport grounds, complete the following form, call Tel +1 410 859 7387, or go to the Lost & Found office next to the exit of concourse C, on the upper level of the terminal (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Family Restrooms

Available at various locations throughout the terminal:

- Concourse A: Gates A9 and A12, food court, next to M&T Bank, near baggage carousel 1.
- Concourse B: Gates B3 and B8, next to Silver Diner, Southwest Airlines ticketing, and baggage carousel 6.
- B/C Connector, in front of Firkin & Flyer.
- Concourse C: Gates C2 and C9.
- Concourse D: Gates D5, D7, D11 and D23, next to the concourse exit and between Spirit Airlines and Delta Air Lines counters.
- Concourse E: Gate E6.

Nursing facilities

In each of the terminal concourses, you will find nursing rooms and private Mamava lactation stations.

- Concourse A: Gate A12.
- Concourse B: Gate B3 and B8.
- Concourse C: Gates C2 and C9.
- Concourse D: Gates D4, D11, D23, D/E Connector (children's play area).
- Concourse E: Gate E6.

Water Bottle Fill Stations

BWI Airport offers about two dozen drinking water fountains for which each user must use their own bottle. Remember that the TSA requires bottles to be empty during the security screening process when entering the secure area. You will find them in all five terminal concourses, as well as in the B/C connector and the A/B food court.

Pet Relief Areas

Pre-security

- Before concourse E, lower level, outside gate 19.
- In front of the hourly garage.

Post-security

- At the beginning of concourse C.
- In the connector between concourses D and E, just past the security checkpoint.

ROAM Fitness

This accessible fitness center is located adjacent to gate D1, before the security checkpoint, and offers travelers cardio equipment, stretching space, weights, medicine and stability balls, a TRX system and yoga accessories. Facilities include private showers with hair dryers, toiletries and essential grooming items.

Hours: Sunday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
