Cabs are regulated by the Local County Government and the Maryland Aviation Administration.

Travel time: about 20 minutes to/from downtown Baltimore.

Stand locations

Cab stands are located outside the baggage claim area (lower level of the terminal), near gates 5 and 13. This service is only available from the airport. To get to BWI, check with your local cab company.

Taxi Companies

BWI Airport Taxi (Tel +1 410 859 1100) is the exclusive provider of cab transportation at BWI Airport. They have vehicles parked on the grounds 24 hours a day. All cabs accept major credit cards. Local regulations limit passenger pick-up to the airport terminal only. You can travel to any destination in the Greater Baltimore area, Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, etc.
